What's On

Tai Chi   We're very excited that we've restarted our programme of Tai Chi sessions and they're proving really popular.  They are held in the Evergreen Hall, Angel Street at 12.00 every Wednesday, there is no charge and theyre aimed at complete beginners.  You'll learn a set of simple Tai Chi/Qi gong moves and the group will build their confidence from week to week. These sessions will be very low  impact and can be done seated or standing. Contact us for further details and ensure your place on future courses.
